Six things we do from a rope.
An IRATA rope access contractor working across London and nationwide. All works are supervised by an IRATA Level 3 technician, delivered under site-specific RAMS, and quoted at a fixed price after survey. Waste is removed under our own carrier licence.
Bird proofing
Netting, spikes, wire and post systems
Pigeon and gull exclusion to parapets, ledges, lightwells, plant decks, signage and fire escapes. We survey the roost pressure first, then specify the lightest system that will actually hold — netting where birds need excluding from a void, spikes or post-and-wire where they only need denying a perch.

Guano & biohazard clearance
Heavy fouling removed and disposed of
Guano carries respiratory risk and blocks drainage. We clear it in full RPE under a controlled method statement, treat the substrate, and remove the waste from site under our own carrier licence rather than leaving bagged material behind.

Gutters, roofs & drainage
High-level clearance without plant hire
Blocked valley gutters, hoppers and downpipes on buildings where a MEWP cannot stand or a scaffold cannot be justified. We clear, flush-test and photograph each outlet, and flag defects — split joints, failed seals, missing guards — with the report rather than after the invoice.

Facade cleaning
Glass, cladding, render and stone
Periodic and one-off cleans to elevations that cradles do not reach. Method is matched to the substrate — pure water for glazing and cladding, low-pressure and biocide for render and masonry — so nothing is stripped, etched or forced into a joint.

Graffiti removal
Removed at height, including anti-graffiti coating
Tags on parapets, gable ends, bridges and stairwell elevations that street-level teams cannot reach. Substrate is tested before the poultice or solvent is chosen, and a sacrificial coating can be applied afterwards so the next repeat cleans off cold.

If your contractor can’t reach it, we can
Rope access support for other trades and small high-level repairs in their own right — pointing and sealant, loose render and coping, boiler flues, fixings, signage, and camera or sensor installation. We work as a specialist subcontractor to pest control, roofing and FM providers as well as direct to building owners.

Discreet rope access for hotels that never close.
Hotels can’t shut floors, screen off the frontage, or put scaffolding in front of paying guests. Rope access solves that: our IRATA technicians rig from the roof, work in short controlled windows coordinated with your operations team, and leave nothing behind — no scaffold, no MEWPs, no noise beyond the work itself.
